摘 要:研究了两株根霉M9和M17复配产生的复合型微生物絮凝剂的絮凝特性,并优化了马铃薯淀粉废水对该复合菌的培养条件。该絮凝剂具有投加量少、絮凝效果和耐热性好的特点。马铃薯淀粉废水对该复合菌的较佳培养条件为:废水COD 1 600 mg/L,添加0.3 g/L尿素、0.04 g/L磷酸二氢钾,无需添加碳源和调节pH,M9接种60 mL/L、M17接种40 mL/L后培养35 h。在此条件下,投加5 mL/L的发酵液即可对高岭土悬液的絮凝率达到92.67%。经过培养微生物后的废水COD为510 mg/L,去除率93.60%,可直接经过好氧处理达标排放,或与净水混合后灌溉马铃薯种植基地,降低了工艺处理的难度。Flocculation characteristics of complex microbial flocculant(CMBF) produced by Rhizopus sp. M9 and M17 have been studied, and the culture conditions of the two strains using potato starch wastewater as nutrient medium are optimized. The CMBF is characterized by low dosage, better flocculation efficiency and heat resistance. The optimized culture conditions of the complex bacteria with potato starch wastewater are as follows: The wastewater COD is about 1 600 mg/L, 0.3 g/L of urea and 0.04 g/L of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, without adding carbon source and adjusting pH. After inoculating 60 mL/L of M9 and 40 mL/L of M17, culture for 35 h. Under these conditions, adding 5 mL/L of fermentation broth to kaolin suspension can make the flocculating rate reach 92.67%. The COD of bacteria cultured wastewater is only 510 mg/L with a removal rate of 93.60%. It can be used either for direct aerobic discharging, reaching the standard, or for irrigating potato cultivation base after mixed with fresh water. It lowers greatly the difficulty of technological treatment.
