摘　　要：对视频信息进行压缩性处理,是多媒体技术的基本特征之一。视频压缩技术是数字视频领域的一项关键技术,对视频压缩技术与标准进行分析,重点阐述H.263视频压缩编码标准,并对其基本原理、编程实现进行了研究。One of the fundamental features of multimedia technology involves the compression treatment of video. Video compression technique is considered as a critical one in digital video. It analyze the video compression technology and standard, focuses on the expatiation of the features and performances of H.263 video coding standard, and research the rationale and the program.
