摘　　要：文章介绍邯郸电网调度员培训系统(DTS)的结构和功能,利用SCADA/EMS系统组成与实际电网物理行为一致的仿真电网,对调度员进行培训和电网潮流计算分析,并且能与河北省调进行联合反事故演习。This paper introduces the structure and functions of simulating dispatcher training system（DTS） used in handan grid.Integrated EMS/DTS composed a simulation system which is consistent with the actual electric network physical behavior.This system realized the dispatcher grid simulation to tarin and unites the counter-accident to exercise with hebei province Dispatcher.
