摘　　要：目的探讨B超技术在神经外科手术中的应用价值。方法利用阿洛卡SSD-1 000型B超设备对10例颅内病变患者进行病灶定位和切除范围的判断。结果10例患者术中病灶均定位准确。其中5例镜下全切除、1例功能区胶质瘤行次全切除、2例脑脓肿显著缩小、2例脑出血血肿清除满意。结论术中B超可以实时显示病灶的部位与范围,有助于病变的切除和减少手术并发症的发生。Objective To evaluate the value of application of B-mode ultrasound in neurosurgical operation. Method The focal location and removal range of 10 case were judged by B-mode ultrasound. Result All lesions were located accurately in operation. Total lesion resection were achieved in 5, subtotal resection in 1 case with glioma in functional area. 2 with brain abscesses were significantly decreased and 2 intracranial bematomas were well evacuated. Conclusions Intraoperative ultrasound can offer the real-time imaging of the lesion, which is helpful for lesion resection and decreasing the operation complications.
