摘　　要：本文在分析我国电信业务市场对外开放的重要现实意义的基础上,就外资介入我国电信业务市场出现的若干亟待加以规范和解决的法律问题作出评价。The significance of opening of the telecom service market in China is analysed, and some legal issues concerning the introduction of foreign capital in the Chinese telecom service market are evaluated. Finally, proposals are made for legal enforcement.
