摘  要:用PDAB比色法同时测定了氨基甲酸甲酯(简称MC)和尿素的含量,建立了测定尿素低压均相催化法合成MC工艺所产生的废渣中MC和尿素含量的分析方法,RSD分别在0.86%及0.17%以下,为工业处理其残渣提供了依据。PDAB spectrophotometry were studied to measure the content of methyl carbamate (MC) and urea in the residues which generated from synthesis of MC by urea and methanol in homogeneous catalysis system. PDAB spectrophotometry were used to measure the content of Methyl Carbamate and urea in the reaction solution, residues had been purified and MC products. The RSD of this method respectively were 0.86% and 0.17% or less. PDAB spectrophotometry was useful for the synthesis of MC and treatment of residues which MC had been separated.
