机械通气患者非语言交流方式及需求的分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨机械通气患者非语言交流的方式及其需求。方法:机械通气治疗患者49例,其中手术治疗组23例、非手术治疗组26例,分别使用手势语、写字板、文字卡片、图画卡片等4种方式进行非语言交流,观察患者使用非语言交流的类型及需求。结果:手术治疗组患者82.60%使用手势,21.73%使用写字板交流,非手术治疗组患者53.84%使用手势,50%使用写字板交流;患者非语言交流表达需求排序首位为主观感觉不适,其次是情感需求,疼痛及需求亲人陪伴并列第三位。结论:恰当的非语言交流方式,有利于患者清楚、准确地表达情感和需求,有利于护患信息传递、沟通,密切护患关系,有利于实施治疗护理措施,促进患者康复。Objective Explore the mode and requirement of patient with machine ventilates by non-language communication. Methods The machine ventilates treatment patient＇s 49, among them surgical operation treatment patient 23, non-surgical operation treatment patient 26, using sign-language, writing board, letter card and picture card ect 4 kinds of method. To observe the type and need for the patientes using non-language communication. Results Surgical operation treatment group patient＇s 82.60% used sign-language, 21.73% used writing board communication, non-surgical operation treatment group patient＇s 53.84% used sign-language, the 50% used lettering board communicate; The patient using non-language communication to express need compositor being first was subjective to feel unwell, secondly was emotion need, ache and need the close relatives keep company with arrangement in parallel the third. Conclusion Proper non-language communicate mode would be advantageous to patients to clearly, accurately express emotion and need, be advantageous to information delivery and communication between nurses and patients, thus close nurse-patient relation, be advantageous to the nursing performance of the operation treatment, help patient to recover from illness.
