输液速度对静脉滴注乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液发生皮肤血管不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同输液速度对静脉滴注乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液发生皮肤血管不良反应的影响。方法将204名静脉滴注乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液的患者随机分为A组、B组和C组3组,每组68例。3组输液速度分别为20滴/min、26滴/min和33滴/min。结果3组患者在皮肤血管不良反应、静脉滴注所需时间及接受程度比较,差异均存在统计学意义(均P<0.05)。A组发生皮肤血管不良反应5例,患者对输液所需时间的接受率为23.5%;B组发生皮肤血管不良反应6例,患者对输液所需时间的接受率为75.0%;C组发生皮肤血管不良反应21例,患者对输液所需时间的接受率为82.3%。结论静脉滴注乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液时将输液速度控制在26滴/min,患者发生皮肤血管不良反应少,且所需输液时间适宜。Objective To explore the effect of intravenous drip infusion of Levofloxacin at different speeds on dermatoallergic reaction. Method A total of 204 patients who received intravenous drip infusion of Levofloxacin were randomly divided into three groups： Group A at a speed of 20 drops/min, Group B at a speed of 26 drops/min and Group C at a speed of 33 drops/min. Results There were significiant differences in dermato-allergic reaction, transfusion time and the acceptance rate of transfusion time among the three groups. Dermato-allergic reaction occurred in five patients in Group A, with an acceptance rate of 23.5%. in six patients in Group B with an acceptance rate of 75.0% and in twenty-one patients in Group C with an acceptance rate of 82.3%. Conclusion When the dripping speed is 26 drops/min, the dermato-aUergic reaction seldom occurs and the duration for infusion is proper.
