摘  要:目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌培养检测法的适宜条件及其对常用药物的敏感性,为临床用药提供参考。方法:用改良Skirrow培养基对胃粘膜切除物行微氧培养分离幽门螺杆菌;用K-B法进行7种常用药物的敏感性检测。结果:326份标本共分离出120株幽门螺杆菌,培养阳性率为36.8%;对左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、克拉霉素、氨苄西林的敏感率分别为96.67%、95.00%、91.67%、87.50%,其他药物的抑菌活性较差,而甲硝唑的抑菌率最低,仅为51.67%。结论:左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、克拉霉素、氨苄西林等抗生素可作为根除幽门螺杆菌的首选药物,但最好是联合用药。Objective: To explore the conditions suitable for culture and the sensitivity of Helicobacter Pylori (HP) on antibiotics which are in common used in clinics. Methods: HP were isolated from removal of gastric mucosa by Skirrow modified and the sensitivity of 7 antibiotics were detected by KB. Results: 120 strains of Hp were isolated from 326 patients with chronic gastritis, culture-positive rate was 36.8 percent, the sensitivities of Levofloxacin, gentamicin, clarithromycin, ampicillin were 96.67%, 95.00%, 91.67%, 87.50%, respectively. Other antibiotic had low inhibitive effect on HP, and metronidazole was the lowest rate of suppression bacteria, only 51.67 percent, however. Levofloxacin, gentamicin, clarithromycin, ampicillin may be as the first choice on eliminating HP, it is the best combination, however.
