脑室引流联合腰穿治疗丘脑出血破入脑室系并梗阻性脑积水16例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨丘脑出血破入脑室系统并梗阻性脑积水的治疗方法。方法对我科2年来应用YL-1型微创针进行脑室引流联合腰穿治疗丘脑出血破入脑室系并梗阻性脑积水的16例患者进行回顾性分析。结果基本痊愈7例,显著进步5例,进步2例,无变化或恶化2例。结论脑室引流联合腰穿治疗丘脑出血破入脑室系并梗阻性脑积水是一种安全,有效,操作简单,值得推广的抢救方法。Objective To investigate the treatment of thalamic hemorrhage breaking into the ventricle with obstructive hydrocephalus.Methods 16 Patients of thalamic hemorrhage breaking into the ventricle and obstructive hydrocephalus were retrospectively analyzed,who were treated by lumbar puncture and ventricular drainage using YL-1 type of minimally invasive needle in our department recent 2 years.Results 7 cases were basic recovery,5 cases were significant improvement,2 cases were improvement, 2 cases were undisturbed or aggravated.Conclusion The ventricular drainage combine with lumbar puncture in the treatment of thalamic hemorrhage breaking into the ventricle with obstructive hydrocephalus is a kind of simple safe effective treatment and to be worth spreading.
