高频电波刀治疗前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿疗效分析

摘　　要：目的高频电波刀治疗前庭大腺囊肿及脓肿的临床效果。方法101例前庭大腺囊肿及脓肿患者随机分为2组,观察组51例,采用高频电波刀治疗前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿;对照组50例,行常规前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿造口术。结果观察组术中无出血;平均手术时间较对照组显著缩短,有统计学差异;术后局部无红肿、疼痛等不适,炎症缓解或消退迅速,创口愈合快;远期无局部瘢痕形成,亦无复发。结论高频电波刀治疗前庭大腺囊肿及脓肿临床效果优于常规方法。Objective LEEP treatment of Bartholin s gland cysts and abscesses of the clinical effect.Methods 101 cases of Bartholin s gland cyst and abscess were randomly divided into two groups,51 cases of the observation group, the use of high frequency radiosurgical knife treatment of Bartholin s gland cyst or abscess;50 cases of the control group, the conventional Bartholin s gland cyst or abscess stoma operation.Results No intraoperative hemorrhage;mean operative time than the control group was significantly reduced,there is significant differencel after local non--swelling, pain and other discomfort, alleviate inflammation or dissipated rapidly,faster wound healing; long--term non--Iocal scar formation no recurrence. Conclusion The high frequency radiosurgical knife treatment of Bartholin＇s gland cyst and abscess clinical results superior to conventional methods.
