摘　　要：目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定杞菊地黄胶囊中丹皮酚含量的方法。方法采用Shim-pack CLC-ODS(150×6.0mm,5μL)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(60:40),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:274nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:10μL。结果线性范围:0.03～2.3μg,r=0.9998。平均回收率:98.39%,RSD=1.69%(n=9)。结论本法分离度好,快速、简便,适用于杞菊地黄胶囊中丹皮酚的含量测定,可作为产品的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Paeonol in Qiju Dihuang Capsules.Methods The Shim-pack CLC-ODS column（150 × 6.0mm, 5μ m）was used, and mobile phase was composed of methanol-water（60：40）.Detection wavelength was at 274nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,column temperature was at 30℃, the injection volume was 10 μ L.Results The linear response range from 0.03～2.3 μ g, r=0.9998.The recoveries was 98.39%（n=9）, RSD was 1.69%.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the dertermination of Paeonol in Qiju Dihuang Capsules.
