摘　　要：对引进境外战略性投资者参与当前农村信用社改革作深入探讨,全面论述农村信用社充分利用外资加快推进其改革与发展的创新性和开拓性。所提出的改革观点对进一步深化当前农村信用社改革有参考价值和借鉴意义。This article has made the thorough discussion for introduces the foreign strategic investor to participate in the current reforming of rural credit cooperative. We also make comprehensive expound to the innovation and reclaim of the rural credit cooperative for fully utilization the foreign capital to speeds up and advance its reform and development. The reform viewpoints of this article have the reference value and can draw on the experience of foreign countries to further deeps the current reform of the rural credit cooperative.
