摘　　要：用定态体视显微镜法测量了ＴＧＦＢ晶体在５％，８％，１０％的甘油—水混合溶剂中的生长速率（Ｒ）与相对过饱和度（σ）的函数关系，Ｒ与σ的关系符合Ｂｕｒｔｏｎ，Ｃａｂｒｅｒａ和Ｆｒａｎｋ提出的关于晶体生长的螺旋位错机制的面扩散模型．根据Ｂｅｎｎｅｍａ修正的ＢＣＦ模型估算了ＴＧＦＢ生长的动力学参数．The growth rates ( R ) of Triglycine Fluoroberyllate (TGFB) crystal as a function of relative supersaturations ( σ ) in 5%,8%,10% glycerine water solutions have been determined by stationary stereoscopic microscope method.The dependences of R on σ are consistent with the surface diffusion model of the spiral dislocation mechanism of crystal growth as developed by Burton,Cabrera and Frank.Following Bennema's modification of the BCF surface diffusion model,the values of the growth kinetics parameters have been estimated.
