摘　　要：1992—1996年间，一位刚满40岁的英国男性在波斯尼亚工作。除长期哮喘、鼻息肉和湿疹外，其身体状况良好。然而，后来出现了持续腹痛和周期性疲乏（与劳力无关），就诊并未发现病因。1997年，患者因有上腹紧缩不适感行胆囊切除，并因Barrett食管行Nissen贲门成形术。
