摘  要:提出了节能调度环境下基于潮流控制灵敏度的电力系统分层、分区控制策略及算法。在电磁环网方式下,将机组煤耗率和联变潮流控制灵敏度相结合,求解在保证系统各联变下送断面不超稳定极限的条件下,各类机组的最优调用顺序。在豫北电网的实际工程应用表明,该方法和策略可以在保障电网安全的前提下,充分利用电网的能源、资源优化配置功能,以达到电网安全性与经济性的协调统一。A new algorithm and strategy for power flow control based on the sensitivity analysis for voltage-grading and district-dividing power system under the condition of energy-conservation power generation dispatch is proposed. It is analyzed that how to coordinate the coal consumption rate and sensitivity analysis of power flow control to calculate the optimal dispatch sequence of coal-fired units when near the transfer limit of 500kV transformer interface in the electromagnetic loop network. The algorithm and strategy has been implemented in the north Henan power system. The results show that the algorithm and strategy can optimize the energy sources and resource allocation function of power system under the premise of the power system security, and thus achieve the harmonization and unification between security and economy.
