我国企业应对反倾销的行业协会治理效应分析

摘　　要：文章在理论分析的基础上,通过实证研究对我国企业应对反倾销的行业协会治理效应进行了检验。研究表明,我国行业协会参与组织、协调企业应诉反倾销可以显著提高企业应对反倾销的积极性;而部分企业在应诉反倾销中的沉默、游离的事实说明,应从完善我国企业应对反倾销战略体系和整体制度安排的层面思考行业协会的功能与作用。WTO law and the standard of market economy in anti-dumping both limit the government＇s behavior in par ticipating in economic and trade activities, so the role of trade association directly influences the confidence and effect of our firms＇ dealing with anti-dumping in a certain degree. Based on the theoretical analysis, the paper makes an empirical research on the governance effect of trade association in Chinese finns＇ response to anti-dumping. It concludes that in China, trade association can enhance firms＇ enthusiasm positively, but the fact that a lot of involved firms do not actively answer the charge of anti-dumping indicates that the function and role of trade association should be considered from perfecting the strategic system and the entire institutional arrangement of our firms in dealing with anti-dumping. And in the end, it puts forward three advices.
