摘  要:目的探讨二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTD)对大鼠肝脏NO含量及GSH-PX活性的影响。方法NO试剂盒测定NO含量;GSH-PX试剂盒测定GSH-PX活性。结果NO含量各染毒组与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05);GSH-PX的活性随染毒剂量的升高而降低,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论DBTD可使肝组织NO含量增高;GSH-PX活性下降。Objective To investigate the effects of DBTD on the contents of NO and activity of GSH-PX of liver in Rats. Method The contents of NO and the activity of GSH-PX was individually tested with their own kit. Results There were significantly different on the accounts of NO between the exposured group and control group (P 〈 0.05). The activity of GSH-PX decreased as the dose of DBTD increased. It obviously decreased to the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion DBTD can increase the contents of NO and decrease the activity of GSH-PX of liver.
