超脉冲CO_2激光在睑袋修复术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价超脉冲CO2激光应用于睑袋修复术中的临床效果。方法:选择116例睑袋患者,68例采用超脉冲CO2激光辅助行睑袋修复术,48例行传统方法手术,比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、术后瘀血、肿胀消退时间、下睑外翻、切口瘢痕情况。结果:采用超脉冲CO2激光辅助行睑袋修复术组术中出血少、手术历时短、术后瘀血轻、肿胀消退快,两组结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在切口瘢痕方面无明显差别,均无下睑外翻。结论:应用超脉冲CO2激光行睑袋修复术是一种安全有效、操作便捷的方法,可以减少并发症。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ultra-pulse CO2 laser in Lower eyelid prosthesis of baggy deformity.Methods 116 cases of lower eyelid bag patients were chosen,68 cases were treated through Lower eyelid prosthesis with ultra-pulse CO2 laser,the other 48 cases were treated by routine surgery method.The intraoperative blood loss,operation duration,postoperative bruising and swelling time,lower eyelid ectropion and incision scars were compared between the two groups.Results Ultra-pulsed CO2 laser-assisted eyelid blephamoplasty group has less bleeding,shorter operation duration,lighter bruising and swelling,and there were a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in incision scar and lower eyelid ectropion.Conclusion Ultra-pulsed CO2 laser-assisted Lower eyelid prosthesis of baggy deformity is safe and effective,it is easy to be operated and can reduce complications.
