老年性上睑皮肤松弛伴睑内翻倒睫的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的:观察老年性上睑皮肤松弛伴睑内翻倒睫手术治疗的临床疗效。方法:对老年性上睑皮肤松弛伴睑内翻倒睫的手术适应证患者,在局麻下行老年性上睑皮肤松弛伴睑内翻倒睫矫正术。结果:本组115例221眼,均Ⅰ期愈合。术后1周36眼正矫,185眼轻度过矫。术后2周125眼正矫,96眼轻度过矫。术后4周213眼正矫(占96.38%),7眼轻度过矫(占3.17%),1眼轻度欠矫(占0.45%)。结论:手术量的合理设计是手术成功的关键,清晰的组织解剖是手术成功的保障。Objective To investigate the age-related upper eyelid skin laxity with entropion and trichiasis of the clinical effects of surgical treatment. Methods Sugery the patients who has the surgical indications of age-related upper eyelid skin laxity with entropion and trichiasis in local anesthesia, 4 weeks follow-up. Results 115 cases of the group, 221 eyes, who have all cured in stage I. One week after sugery,36 eyes corrected,185 eyes over-corrected. Two weeks after sugery, 125 eyes corrected, 96 eyes over-corrected. Four weeks after sugery,213 eyes corrected, accounting for 96.38%. 7 eyes over-corrected, accounting for 3.17%; due to a mild correction, accounting for 0.45%. Conclusions Reasonable design of the surgical volumes is a key to the success of the operation. Clear anatomy of a organization is necessary for a successful operation.
