摘 要:目的:测定四种不同紫外线光源下正常人皮肤MPPD和MED,探讨在不同波长紫外线照射下皮肤的反应差异。方法:以紫外线光疗仪(SS-03A/B)和GS2004日光防护指数测定仪为光源,对102名健康志愿者进行MPPD和MED的测定。结果:紫外线光疗仪SS-03A的MPPD值为(24.00±6.19)J/cm2,SS-03B的MED值为(10.15±4.47)mJ/cm2;日光防护指数测定仪UVA的MPPD值为(9.98±2.22)J/cm2,UVB的MED值为(0.52±0.14)J/cm2。GS2004照射下女性的MED显著高于男性。在不同的皮肤光反应类型之间,Ⅱ型皮肤在光源SS-03A的照射下,MPPD显著高于Ⅲ型皮肤和Ⅳ型皮肤(P<0.05);Ⅲ型皮肤在光源GS2004照射下的MED显著低于Ⅳ型皮肤(P<0.05)。结论:不同紫外线光源照射下,皮肤的MPPD与MED的数值是不完全一样的。Objective To observe the Minimal Persistent Pigment Darkening Dose(MPPD) and Minimal Erythema Dose(MED) of normal skin to four different Ultraviolet rays.Methods 102 healthy subjects were exposed to Phototherapy Apparatus(SS-03A/B) and Solar Simulator(GS2004).Results In the radiation of Phototherapy Apparatus,the average of MPPD value was(24.00±6.19)J/cm2,MED value was(10.15±4.47)mJ/cm2.In the radiation of Solar Simulator,the average of MPPD value was(9.98±2.22)J/cm2,MED value was(0.52±0.14)J/cm2.The MED value for Solar Simulator in the females was significantly higher than that in the males.The MPPD value for Phototherapy Apparatus in skin type Ⅱ was significantly higher than those in skin type Ⅲ and skin type Ⅳ.The MED value for Solar Simulator in skin type Ⅲ was significantly lower than those in skin type Ⅳ.Conclusion It is indicated that in the different Ultraviolet rays,the Minimal Persistent Pigment Darkening Dose and Minimal Erythema Dose of normal skin are different.
