摘　　要：目的:将真空成型改良FRⅢ矫治器与经典FRⅢ型矫治器从制作、矫治器结构、配戴和临床效果进行对比研究,以明确改良型FRⅢ矫治器的临床应用特点,为推广应用提供理论基础。方法:将实验组和对照组各15例分别配戴真空成型改良式FRⅢ型矫治器和经典FRⅢ型矫治器从各方面收集相关实验资料,最后进行统计处理和临床资料分析对比。结果:统计数据显示实验组比较对照组有4项具有显著统计学意义,临床疗效显著。结论:实验组比较对照组制作简单,无毒操作,省时省力,矫治器美观舒适,依从性良好,缩短疗程,矫治效果更显著,可推广应用。Objective The present study compared the production,structure,clinical use and effects of classical and vacuum forming improved appliance FRⅢ,in order to make sure the clinical application characteristic of vacuum forming improved appliance FRⅢ,which can afford clinical basic for extending clinical application.Methods Thirty children were divided into two groups： half of them were executed by classical FRIII,the other half were executed by vacuum forming improved appliance FRⅢ.Statistical and clinical data were analyzed.Results The statistics data showed that significant differences were found between two groups which showed that the effects of vacuum forming improved appliance FRⅢ is more significant than the classical group.Conclusion Compared with the classical group,the vacuum forming improved appliance FRⅢ has the following advantages： easy to make,safe to use,saving time,pretty and comfortable,prefer to comply for patients and having better effects.So the clinical application of vacuum forming improved appliance FRⅢ should be extended.
