摘　　要：记述了台湾海峡及其邻近海区面具水母科Pandeidae Haeckel,1870珍妮水母属Janiopsis Bouillon,19805新种,即顶斑珍妮水母Janiopsis apicispottis Xu,HuangetLin,sp.nov.、短距珍妮水母J.brevispura Xu,Huanget Guo,sp.nov.、大球珍妮水母J.macrobulbosa Xu,HuangetGuo,sp.nov.、南沙珍妮水母J.nanshaensis Xu,HuangetLin,sp.nov.和蹄形珍妮水母J.unguliformis Xu,HuangetLin,sp.nov.;并讨论了它们与近缘种的区别,同时将珍妮水母属已知种作个检索表。模式标本保存在厦门大学海洋学系。Five new species, Janiopsis apicispottis Xu, Huang et Lin, sp. Nov., J. brevispura Xu, Huang et Guo, sp. Nov., J. macrobulbosa Xu, Huang et Guo, sp. Nov., J. nanshaensis Xu, Huang et Lin, sp. Nov. and J. unguliformis Xu, Huang et Lin, sp. Nov., are described in this paper. The types are deposited in the Department of Oceanography, Xiamen University.Janiopsis apicispottis Xu, Huang et Lin, sp. Nov. （Figs. 1-2, 10-12）This new species is closed to J. macrobulbosa Xu, Huang et Guo, sp. Nov., but differs from them by：1） apical projection very long, about 1/2 of the height of the umbrella, with a deep pigmented spot at the tip of pointed apex; 2） exumbreUa with 12 longitudinal ridges and ribs; 3 ） tentacular bulbs elongated conical; 4 ） between tentacles with 2 marginal wards （Table 1 ）. Holotype （TS027）, Beibu Bay of the South China Sea j82 station （17.22°N, 109.30°E）, depth 110 m, 7 Aug. 2006, GUO Dong-Hui （XMU）. Paratype （TS028）, Taiwan Strait JC-NH520 station （21.43°N, 116.94°E）, depth 354 m, 2 May 2007, XIANG Peng （SOA）. Etypmology. Apicispottis, Latin. means apical spot. The species name refers to the tip of apical projection with a deep pigmented spot.Faniopsis brevispura Xu,Huang et Guo, sp. nov. （Figs. 3, 13-14） This new species can be easily distinguished from other members of Faniopsis by the gonads with isolated pits in between, but this new species is dosed to Faniopsis unguliformis Xu, Huang et Lin, sp. nov., the former differs from the latter by： 1 ） exumbrella with 4 longitudinal ridges and ribs; 2） tentacular bulbs with a short abaxial spur; 3） gonads covering interradial apical part of manubrium, extending adradiaUy along the mesentries and long radial canals, each adradial gonads smooth, with 5 longitudinal isolated pies in between （Table 1）. Holotype （TS029）, Beibu Bay of the South China Sea H14 Station （17.79°N, 109.28°E）, depth 81 m, 7 Aug. 2006, GUO Dong-Hui （XMU）. Etymology. Brevispura, Latin. means short spur. This
