摘　　要：目的:探讨血管钠肽(Vasonatrin peptide,VNP)对碾压撕脱伤皮瓣P-选择素表达的影响。方法:24只大鼠随机分为3组(n=8),分别为SHAM手术组、碾压撕脱组及VNP+碾压撕脱组,于术前、术后12h及24取材,用免疫组织化学染色标记不同方式处理组皮瓣中P-选择素的表达。结果:碾压撕脱组皮瓣中P-选择素表达水平较高,而采用VNP治疗组皮瓣中P-选择素表达量较前者显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:VNP可显著降低碾压撕脱皮瓣中P-选择素的表达量,进而减轻炎症反应并抑制血栓形成,可为临床上提高碾压撕脱皮瓣成活率提供一种新的治疗思路。Objective To study the effects of Vasonatrin peptide （VNP）on the expression of P-Selectin in skin flap crush injury. Methods Twenty four rats were randomly divided into three groups： the SHAM operation group, the crush injury group and the VNP treated group. Tissue samples from skin flap were collected before surgery and 12h,24h after surgery, Immunohistochemistry staining was performed to detect the expression of P-Selectin in the skin flap of each group. Results Compared with the VNP treated group, the expression of P-Selecin in the crush injury group was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion VNP, which could mitigate inflammatory reaction and inhibit thrombosis by down regulate the expression of P-Selecin in the crush injury, has the potential to be a new therapeutic drug for clinical application.
