摘 要:为研究碳纳米管的耐磨性能,将其涂覆于45钢表面,在氩气保护下采用3kWCO2连续激光器进行处理,然后进行淬火和低温回火,测定处理前后试样的组织结构和硬度,并采用MHK-500环块磨损试验机进行磨损性能测试。试验结果表明:经激光处理后,部分碳纳米管得到保留,部分碳纳米管在45钢表面与Fe生成Fe3C,并且产生一层含2.5%~3.5%C的亚共晶合金化层,经进一步淬火后表面硬度可达HRC70,耐磨性也大大改善,分别比45钢合金化、45Cr熔凝和40Cr合金化提高40%、18%和31%。In order to study the wear resistant behavior of the carbon nanotubes, a thin buckytubes layer was coated on the surface of steel 45, then treated with the 3kW CO 2 continuous laser machine under the argon protection. Subsequent heat treatments were also employed to modify the surface buckytubes coating. The structure and hardness of specimen before and after the treatments were tested. The MHK 500 ring and block wear test machine was used to analyze their wear resistance. The results show that some buckytubes are remained, some of them form Fe 3C with Fe and a hypereutectic layer of alloys with 2.5% ̄ 3.5% C is also obtained. After the subsequent quenching, the hardness of HRC70 can be reached on the surface. The laser processing and the heat treatment together can highly improve the wear resistance.
