摘　　要：目的探讨经胸超声心动图对冠状动脉瘘的诊断价值。方法分析14例冠状动脉瘘患者的超声心动图表现,并与冠状动脉造影结果对照。结果经冠状动脉造影证实14例冠状动脉瘘患者,超声检出13例;其中左冠状动脉瘘7例,右冠状动脉瘘5例,左右冠状动脉瘘1例;漏诊1例右冠状动脉右室瘘,诊断准确率为92.9%。超声诊断单发瘘口13例,漏诊单发瘘口1例,误诊1例多发瘘口(2个瘘口)为单发;对单发瘘口的诊断准确率为92.3%。结论超声心动图对冠状动脉瘘具有较高的诊断价值,可作为临床诊断该病的首选方法。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transthoracic echocardiography in coronary artery fistulas. Methods The echocardiographie appearances of 14 patients with coronary artery fistulas were analyzed retrospectively, and the results were compared with coronary artery angiography. Results There were 14 patients with coronary artery fistulas confirmed by coronary artery angiography, 13 cases were confirmed hy uhrasonography, the diagnostic accurate rate was 92.9%. There were 7 cases of left coronary artery fistula, 5 cases of right coronary artery fistula, and 1 case of both coronary artery fistula. There were 13 cases of single pistulas examined by ultrasound, 1 case was misdiagnozed, and lcase was missed diagnozed, the diagnostic rate of single fistulas was 92.3% o Conclusion Echoeardiography has high value in diagnosis of coronary artery fistulas, and it is a primary method in clinical diagnosis.
