摘　　要：某３０万ｔ／ａ乙烯工程中因安装不当使７根反应管螺纹受到损伤。为探讨这些受损螺纹能否安全使用，进行了螺纹各种强度与载荷分布计算，提出了分析意见，并为中方向反应管承包商索赔提供了理论依据。In some 30×104t/a ethylene engineering,Seven reacting tube screw are damaged owing to unsuitable assembly. Calculations of various screw strengthes and load distribution are carried out to research whether these damaged screws can safe operation or not. The analysis opinion is given. The theoretic basis is proposed for chinese aspect to claim damages from contractor.
