摘  要:目的 将一种智能型凝胶作为仿组织透明体模用于聚焦超声焦域的呈现。方法制作智能型水凝胶,使用声功率380W的HIFU进行定点辐照,采用连续拍照的方式记录下体模内焦域变化情况,并定量分析焦域的形态参数。结果制得的体模外观均匀,无色透明,可用肉眼观察到HIFU在体模内形成明晰的白色椭球体焦域,从产生到最大,HIFU停止作用后逐渐缩小、消失的动态变化情况,体模可重复使用。结论智能型体模在聚焦超声的研究中极具潜力。Objective To study the potential of a smart hydrogel as a transparent tissue-mimicking phantom to present the focal region induced by focused ultrasound. Methods The smart phantom was made. The phantom was irradiated by HIFU of acoustic power 380 W at the focal region and photographs were taken continuously to record the changes of the focal region formed in the phantom. Morphological parameters of the focal region were analyzed quantitatively. Results The PNIPA [Poly (N-isopropylacrylamide)]hydrogel phantom was homogeneous and transparent and the white ellipsoid focal region formed in the phantom was visible to the naked eye. The phantom provided a clear presentation of the dynamic morphological changes of the focal region right from the formation of the focal region to its largest form, and then after the irradication it gradually became smaller and finally disappeared. This smart phantom can be used repeatedly. Conclusions The hydrogel smart phantom showed a great potential in focused ultrasound studies.
