摘  要:目的 研究HIFU联合SonoVue辐照山羊肝脏组织对声通道较大血管的损伤情况,探讨HIFU联合SonoVue损伤肝脏组织的安全性。方法在彩色多普勒引导下,识别山羊肝脏血管,分别于血管上方和血管下方给予HIFU辐照,实验组HIFU联合SonoVue辐照,对照组不给予SonoVue,仅HIFU辐照。辐照24h后伊文斯(Evans)蓝染料灌注,观察血管渗透性有无改变;取出血管组织,进行HE染色和弹力纤维和胶原纤维染色,通过组织病理学手段评价血管损伤情况。结果Evans蓝染料灌注显示声通道血管通透性没有改变;HE染色和血管弹力纤维和胶原纤维染色结果显示,声通道血管均未见损伤。实验组和对照组没有差别。结论HIFU联合SonoVue辐照肝脏组织不会对声通道血管造成损伤。Objective To study the damage of large blood vessels of the sound pathway in the goat liver tissues sonicated by HIFU with SonoVue and to investigate the safety of HIFU with SonoVue in sonicating goat liver tissues. Methods With the images of color Doppler blood vessels of goat liver were found and then sonication was carried out under or above the blood vessels. The experimental group was sonicated by HIFU with SonoVue and the control group was sonieated by HIFU without SonoVue. Twenty four hours after the sonication Evans dye was perfused into the goat liver to observe vascular permeability. The damage of blood vessels was compared between the two groups with histopathology. Results The perfusion of Evans dye showed that the vascular permeability wasn't changed. Tissue section, HE staining and vessel staining showed that vessels on the sound pathway were not damaged in both groups. Conclusions HIFU with SonoVue would not damage the sound pathway vessels.
