摘  要:采用硝酸盐-柠檬酸法合成了Ce0.8Sm0.2-xYxO1.9(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)粉体材料,并用其制备电解质陶瓷片。对合成粉体的结构、形貌、颗粒大小、烧结性能及电解质陶瓷片的电导率和电导活化能等进行研究,测量了以其为电解质的SOFC单电池在不同工作温度下的开路电压、放电伏安特性。结果表明:在所制备的5种电解质材料中,Ce0.8Sm0.15Y0.05O1.9具有较高的电导率和较低的电导活化能,用其组装的SOFC单电池输出功率和短路电流密度最大,在700-800℃最大输出功率密度已经达到实用化的要求,这种Ce0.8Sm0.15Y0.05O1.9材料可作为中温氧化物燃料电池的电解质。Powders of Ce0.8Sm0.2-xYxO1.9(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20) are synthesized by nitrate-citric acid method to prepare electrolyte ceramic.Their structure,morphology,sintering property,electric conductivity to the sintered body and conductance activation energy are studied.The open circuit voltage and discharge voltammetry characteristics at different working temperatures of the SOFC cell which is made by the electrolyte are measured.The experimental results show that the Ce0.8Sm0.2-xYxO1.9 has high electrical conductivity and low activity energy.The output power and short circuit current density of the SOFC cell made by Ce0.8Sm0.2-xYxO1.9 is great.The maximum output power density can meet the practical demands at 700800 ℃.The Ce0.8Sm0.2-xYxO1.9 material can be used as the electrolyte for SOFC.
