摘　　要：介绍了基于SIEMENS的Profibus-DP现场总线设计的水泥自动配料系统方案,给出了自动配料系统的工艺流程、网络控制组成及控制系统软件流程。该方案可实现自动称量、产量统计、打印报表和远程监控等功能。Cement proportioning system based on Profibus-DP from the SIEMENS company is designed.Technological procedure,network control composing and control system software flow of the cement proportioning system are introduced.Autoumatic weighing,output statistics,report printing and telemonitoring can be realized by the system.
