摘　　要：目的:探讨二级医院在新型农村合作医疗(以下简称新农合)中的功能定位。方法:分析北京市郊区6家二级医院参合农民的住院和补偿情况。结果:二级医院在新农合中发挥主导作用,是参合农民首选的重点医院、也是满意度较高医院。但二级医院补偿比例较低,有待提高并建议加大对二级医院的支持力度,对政策中存在的缺陷提出相应改进措施,促进新型农村合作医疗制度的有效落实。Objective： New rural cooperative medical scheme is a scheme new rural cooperative medical scheme which assures the health of rural residents and it plays an important role in the construction of new countryside. In this article, we analyzed the data of hospitalization of enrollees in six country hospital of second level ,in Beijing, and tried to find out the effect in new rural cooperative medical scheme. The results shows the second level hospitals is leading role, and most enrollees choosed it first and satisfied with it. But the reimbursement of second level hospital is lower,it should to be improved. There are some deficiencies in this policy that should be improved and be promoted implement effectively.
