高温高压钻井液完井液对储层损害的室内研究

摘　　要：文中利用高温高压动失水仪和渗透率梯度测定仪，评价了常规处理剂对人造岩心的损害程度，优选出部分处理剂配制而成的３种钻井液完井液体系，研究了动、静失水规律及对岩心的损害。结果表明：动静失水均较小，动静滤饼结构有较大的差异，３种体系对岩心的损害程度较小，加入ＪＤＢ后，保护油气层的效果更好。On the basis of evaluation of the damage degrees of often-used additives to synthetic cores by using HPHT danamic filter press and permeability gradient tester, 3 drilling/completion fluids systems are formulated by using the optimum additives. Their dynamic/static filtration laws and damage to cores are studied. The results show low dynamic/static filtration, large difference between the structures of dynamic/static filter cakes and less damage to cores. If JDB is added in these 3 systems, much better reservoir protection result will be achieved.
