摘 要:目的通过比较微柱凝胶法和传统抗人球蛋白试管法检测孕妇血清中IgG抗A(B)抗体效价的差异,以评价微柱凝胶法的灵敏度,得出本实验室微柱凝胶法的室内参考值。方法用微柱凝胶法和传统试管法平行检测3782例孕妇血清IgG抗A(B)抗体,比较两种方法检测结果的差异。结果微柱凝胶法和传统试管法检测孕妇血清IgG抗A(B)抗体效价均值分别为92.79、30.65,前者是后者的3.03倍;微柱凝胶法检测IgG抗A(B)阳性率明显高于传统试管法;微柱凝胶法的1∶256与传统试管法的1∶64作为本室的室内参考值意义相同。结论微柱凝胶法检测孕妇血清中IgG抗A(B)抗体效价的室内参考值应设为1∶256;该方法灵敏度高于传统试管法。Objective To compare the differences between microcolumn gel assay and traditional test tube method in determining the titer of anti-A/B IgG antibody in the pregnant women's serum, to evaluate the sensitivity of microcolumn gel assay, and get the laboratory's indoor reference value of microcolumn gel assay. Methods Using microcolumn gel assay and traditional test tube method to determine titer of serum anti-A/B IgG in 3 782 pregnant women then analyzing the results. Results The geometric mean of anti-A/B IgG antibody titers in pregnant women were 92.79, 30.65 through microcolumn gel assay and traditional test tube method, the former was 3.03 times of the latter; the positive rate of microcolumn gel assay in determining the anti-A/B IgG antibody was obviously higher than that of traditional test tube method; as the indoor reference value, there was the same meaning between microcolumn gel assay of 1:256 and the traditional test tube method of 1:64. Conclusions The indoor reference value of microcolumn gel assay in determining the titer of anti-A/B IgG antibody in the pregnant women's serum should be set to 1:256; it's obviously that microcolumn gel assay has higher sensitivity and more advantages than traditional test tube method.
