摘 要:目的考察室温条件下硫酸头孢匹罗在5%葡萄糖(GS)、10%GS、0.9%氯化钠(NS)、葡萄糖氯化钠(GNS)、复方氯化钠(CNS)5种输液中的配伍稳定性。方法模拟临床用药浓度,将硫酸头孢匹罗分别加入到上述5种输液中,在室温条件下(25℃),用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后不同时间混合液的吸收度,同时测定混合液的pH值,观察外观。结果硫酸头孢匹罗与5种输液配伍后,在室温条件下放置4h,含量、pH值、外观均无明显变化。结论硫酸头孢匹罗可与上述5种输液配伍应用。Objective To study the stability of Cefpirome Sulfate in 5% GS, 10% GS,0. 9% NS,GNS and CNS. Methods A clinical routine dose of Cefpirome Sulfate was added to each conventional infusion solution, and the mixtures were kept at 25 ℃ for 4 h. Contents of cefpirome sulfate in the solution were determined by Ultraviolet spectrometry at different time points, appearance and pH were observed. Results There was no significant difference in appearance, pH value and cefpirome sulfate content between different solution within 4 h. Conclusion Cefpirome sulfate is stable in five conventional infusion solution within 4 h.
