中间相沥青显微结构的研究

摘　　要：用热台偏光显微镜（ＨＳＭＯ）对乙烯渣油中间相沥青（ＥＴＭＰ）和澄清油中间相沥青（ＤＯＭＰ）的显微结构进行了静态观察；对ＥＴＭＰ和ＤＯＭＰ经四氢喹啉（ＴＨＱ）加氢改性后氢化沥青在热动态中形成的显微结构及其变化进行了研究；用Ｘ—光衍射（ＸＲＤ）技术研究了中间相沥青、氢化改性中间相沥青的晶格参数及变化；通过显微结构的研究，对制备高性能碳纤维的原料—中间相沥青作了初步的评价。In this paper,hot stage microscopy observation(HSMO)was used to study the micro-structures of decant oil mesophase pitch(DOMP)and ethylene tar residual mesophase pitch(ETMP);After hydrogenation with tetrahydroquinoline(THQ)to DOMP and ETMP,the micro-structures of hydro-DOMP and hydro-ETMP were studied in their heat-forming process using HSMO,X-ray diffraction(XRD)was also used to study the crystal parameters and their variations of the mesophase pitches and the hydro-mesophase pitches above.Based on the studies of the microstructures,we tentatively evaluated the ETMP and DOMP as the materials of manufacturing high performance carbon fiber
