摘  要:对高压聚乙烯装置中的4340钢超高压厚壁管弯头外表面裂纹的分析表明,裂纹属于冷却水介质中的腐蚀疲劳开裂。冷弯加工造成的残余拉应力促进了裂纹的萌生。分别用电测、盲孔及磁测法测定了G4335V高强钢厚壁管在冷弯加工过程中及弯后外表面的残余应力和分布,并试验了回火及喷丸措施对降低弯头外表面残余拉应力的效果。Analysis of the cracks on outside surface of 4340 steel super-high pressure thick-walled pipe bend after 17 years service showed that, these cracks are of corrosion-fatigue cracks in cooling water under the affect of residual tensile stress formed in cold bending. By means of blind-hole method and magnetic method, the maximum residual stress on outside surface of G4335V steel thick-walled pipe after cold bending and its distribution were measured. In addition, the effect of tempering and blasting on reducing of the residual stress had been investigated.
