摘 要:基于江铃陆风X6越野车双横臂扭杆独立悬架实体建模建立了其有限元模型,对各零部件之间的连接关系进行了模拟,并在此基础上进行了静态强度特性分析,得到了引起车架纵梁产生开裂原因的结果。对双横臂扭杆独立悬架进行了关联式结构优化,结果表明优化后的结构克服了车架纵梁开裂的问题,并在江铃陆风X8越野车上得到了应用,对工程有一定的实用价值。Based on the noumena model of double-torsion bar and double-wishbone independent suspension on the Landwind X6,the finite element is erected. The static intensity of Independent Suspension has been analysed by simulating the connection among the parts and the reason why the frame side rail could crack has been acquired. The structure of double-torsion bar and double-wishbone independent suspension is optimized , which shows the structural improvement and conqueres the question why the frame side rail could be cracked. The correlative struc- tural improvement which provides reliable value for engineering, has been used in Landwind X8.
