摘 要:以塑料电器壳体为例论述了基于RPM技术、Moldex3D模流分析CAE的塑料注射成型模具设计方法。采用熔融挤压快速成型设备针对该制件进行应用研究,实践证明,在产品设计和制造领域应用RPM技术,显著地缩短了产品投放市场周期、降低了成本。应用Moldex3D在薄壳塑料制品分析中进行了前端设计、制模、分析,使制品试模时减少了许多问题点。In this paper, the design method for plastic injection molding based on the RPM technology and Moldex3D CAE is discussed by an example of plastic electrical case. The application research for thin-wall electrical case is carried out by applying the Rapid Prototyping equipment based on melted extrusion modeling technology. The results show that the application of RPM technology on production design and manufacturing can cut down the time for production research and development meanwhile can reduce the cost. The moldex3D is applied in the analys of front-end design,mold manufacturing and analysis, so the trouble spots are reduced during the production mold trial process.
