铁素体球墨可锻铸铁件生产中铸态石墨的分析

摘　　要：生产中,在铁素体球墨可锻铸铁件的铸态基体上发现了石墨晶核,石墨晶核的形状各异、大小不一。对这样的铸件我们采用适当的热处理,并且辅以锌气氛退火处理,分析了铸态石墨对铸件力学性能的影响。The graphite nucleus is found on the cast matrix of the ferrite nodular graphite malleable casts that in production, and each of the graphite nucleuses has different shape and size. In this paper, the suitable heat treatment is used to these casts and treated by zinc atmosphere annealing processing, for analyzing the effects of cast condition graphite on the mechanics performance of casts.
