摘 要:从解决特种动力装置加速过程冒黑烟入手,基于直列泵和普通增压器柴油机位置式电控系统制定了两种冒黑烟控制策略,通过在发动机台架上测量带载加速时间和消光系数综合优化出控制参数,并在整车上进行了路面试验验证。试验结果表明,系统在保证整车加速性的同时,有效抑制了加速冒黑烟。For the special power plant,the problem of black smoke during the course of acceleration was introduced.Then two kinds of black smoke control strategy were made based on the inline pump and turbocharged diesel engine position-type electronic control system.Through measuring the acceleration time and extinction coefficient,the control parameters were optimized.Finally,the parameters were testified by the vehicle test.The results show that the optimized system can effectively control the black smoke of vehicle acceleration and simultaneously ensure the acceleration performance.
