摘 要:从南京、高邮和仪征3地梨园采集土壤、病果、病叶和健叶样品共60份,分离筛选到527株细菌分离物,从中挑取与枯草芽孢杆菌目标菌落相似的菌株进行平板抑菌试验。结果表明:24株拮抗细菌对梨轮纹病菌菌丝生长有明显的抑制作用,抑菌带宽在10mm以上;108株拮抗细菌对梨轮纹病菌的抑菌带宽在6~10nm。选取抑制效果中等和较强的132株细菌进行室内梨果的活体生防试验,结果表明:在24株平板抑制效果较强的菌株中有18株防效在40%以上,6株防效为20%~40%;108株抑制效果中等的菌株中有3株防效在40%以上,100株防效为20%-40%,5株防效在20%以下。通过形态特征、生理生化及16SrDNA同源性序列分析,初步鉴定出室内活体防效在40%以上的21株细菌为枯草芽孢杆菌。Five hundred and twenty seven bacteria were isolated from soil, diseased pear leaves, diseased pomes and healthy leaves in Nanjing, Gaoyou, and Yizheng of Jiangsu Province. The inhibitory effect on Physalospora piricola Nose were tested on PSA medium. 24 strains had obviously strong inhibition effect on Physalospora piricola Nose and their inhibition band width was more than 10 ram. 108 strains could also inhibit the mycelia growth of Physalospora piricola Nose and their inhibition band width was 6 -10 ram. Control effect of 18 strains of antagonistic bacteria were above 40% and other 6 stains were 20% - 40% among 24 antagonistic bacteria which had strong and steady inhibitory effect. The control effect of 3 stains were above 40% and 100 strains were 20% - 40% and 5 were below 20% in 108 stains which had medium inhibition effect. Based on the characteristics of morphology, physiology and biochemistry tests and the comparison of 16S rDNA sequence, 21 antagonistic bacteria showing 40% control effect were identified Bacillus subtilis.
