摘 要:2008年从河南省某肉用鸡场疑似感染肾型IB的病鸡中分离到1株IBV,对该分离毒株进行鸡胚矮小化试验、动物回归试验和血清学鉴定,试验结果表明分离株HeNan10/08为肾型IBV。采用RT-PCR技术扩增分离株的S1基因,并进行克隆和序列分析。结果表明,分离株HeNan10/08与B J株S1基因的同源性最高,核苷酸序列同源性为99.9%,推导氨基酸序列同源性为100.0%;与M41的同源性最低,核苷酸序列为78.7%,推导氨基酸序列同源性为79.0%。A field strain of infectious bronchitis virus named HeNan10/08 was isolated from the affected broilers in Henan Province. Biological characteristics of the isolate were studied by virus pathogenicity to SPF chicken embryos and chicken. The serological identification and artificial infection indicated the isolate was a nephropathogenic infectious bronchitis virus (NIBV). In addition the S1 gene of HeNan10/08 was amplified by RT-PCR and had been submitted to Gen- Bank. Sequence analysis showed that the nucleotide sequence and induced amino acid was the highest homogenous rates of 99.9% and 100.0% with BJ strain ,but lower homologous of 78.7% and 79.0% with M41 strain.
