摘  要:在制备光子晶体光纤的过程中,生产工序复杂,产品合格率很低。为了提高光纤拉制的自动化程度,减少生产过程中的污染,设计了毛细管的定长剪切系统和毛细管排布装置。该系统通过传感器来采集有效的信号,并将信号传送到可编程序控制器,通过逻辑控制输出控制信号,来控制激光器对毛细管进行剪切。并设计毛细管排布桶,实现毛细管的精确剪切,规则排布,系统运行稳定,过程简单。The working procedure in the process of preparation of photonic crystal fiber is complicated, and the product percent of pass is very low. In order to improve the automation of fiber fabrication and reduce pollution in the process of production, fixedlength cutting system of the capillaries and device of arrangeing capillaries are designed. The system collects effective signals by the sensor, then sends signals to programmable logic controller (PLC). PLC controls the laser which cut capillaries by the logic output signal. And the barrel for arrange capillaries is designed to realize cutting and arranging capillaries accurately. The system runs stably and the process of arrangement is simple.
