摘  要:螺缩酮类化合物广泛存在于自然界中,它们表现出的很好的生理活性已引起各国科学家的兴趣.对近年来天然存在的螺缩酮化合物的研究进展进行了总结,描述了这类化合物的结构特征,展望了在医药、农药等方面的潜在发展前景.Spiroketal compounds enjoy widespread occurrence as substructures of naturally occurring substances from many sources, including insects, microbes, plants and marine organisms. The increasing pharmacological importance of such compounds containing spiroketal assemblies has triggered intense interest in both their synthesis and chemical reactivity. The recent progress in the studies on the spiroketal compounds is reviewed. Their structural features are described in detail and the synthetic methods of some spiro organic compounds are also provided. At last the prospects of this kind of spiro compounds in medicine and pesticide are made.
