穴位敷贴疗法配合药物治疗便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位敷贴疗法配合药物治疗便秘的疗效。方法将100例便秘患者随机分为治疗组和药物组,每组50例。治疗组采用穴位敷贴疗法配合药物治疗,药物组单纯采用药物治疗,1个疗程后比较疗效。结果治疗组总有效率92.0%,药物组为64.0%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴配合药物治疗便秘总有效率优于单纯药物治疗。Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupoint application plus medicine in treating constipation. Methods 100 constipation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and medication group, 50 in each group. The treatment group was treated by acupoint application plus medicine, and the group medication was treated by medicine only. The total efficacy rates would be compared after a treatment course. Results The total efficacy rate was 92.0% in the treatment group and 64.0% in the medication group. There was a statistical difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The total efficacy rate of acupoint application plus medicine is higher than that of mono-medication therapy in treating constipation.
