芒针透刺治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察芒针透刺法治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法采用完全随机抽样法将观察病例分为治疗组(54例)、对照组(50例),治疗组采用芒针秩边透水道,对照组采用常规西药治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组为88.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芒针透刺治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效优于常规西药疗法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of point-through-point acupuncture with elongate needles in treating chronic prostatitis. Methods The observed patients were allocated, by completely random sampling, to a treatment group （54 cases） and a control group （50 cases）. The treatment group received Zhibian-through-Shuidao acupuncture with elongate needles and the control group, routine Western drug treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 94.4% in the treatment group and 88.0% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Point-through-point acupuncture with elongate needles has a marked therapeutic effect on chronic prostatitis. Its effect is superior to that of routine Western drug treatment.
