针刺内关-间使对健康人心脏自主神经的调节作用

摘　　要：目的观察针刺内关-间使对健康人心脏自主神经的生理调节作用。方法将89例健康志愿者随机分为电针组、针刺组和对照组,采用心率变异性分析方法观察针刺对心脏自主神经调节的即刻效应和后效应,并对电针与针刺的调节效应进行比较。结果针刺时心率减慢、迷走神经兴奋(P<0.05),交感-迷走神经均衡性变化不显著(P>0.05),交感神经兴奋(电针组,P<0.05)或者变化不显著(针刺组,P>0.05)。取针后,针刺组心率减慢(P<0.05),交感和迷走神经张力、交感-迷走神经均衡性变化不显著(P>0.05);电针组交感神经张力、交感-迷走神经均衡性增高(P<0.05),而迷走神经张力、心率变化不显著(P>0.05)。两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺对健康人的心脏自主神经存在一定的调节作用,即引起迷走神经兴奋、心率减慢。但是,不同的针刺方法对心脏自主神经活动的调节方式和对心率的作用时间不同。Objective To investigate the physiological regulating effect of acupuncture at Neiguan-Jianshi on the cardiac autonomic nerve in healthy persons. Methods Eighty healthy volunteers were randomly allocated to electroacupuncture, acupuncture and control groups. The immediate regulating and after effects of acupuncture on the cardiac autonomic nerve were evaluated by analyzing heart rate variability. The effect of electroacupuncture was compared with that of acupuncture. Results During acupuncture, heart rate was reduced （P〈0.05）, parasympathetic nerves were excited, equilibrium between the sympathetic and parasympathetic activities did not change obviously （P〉0.05） and sympathetic nerves were excited （P〈0.05 in the electroacupuncture group） or did not change obviously （P〉0.05 in the acupuncture group）. After the withdraw of needles, heart rate was reduced （P〈0.05） and sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve tension and equilibrium between the sympathetic and parasympathetic activities did not change obviously （P〉0.05） in the acupuncture group; sympathetic nerve tension and equilibrium between the sympathetic and parasympathetic activities increased （P〈：0.05） but parasympathetic nerve tension and heart rate did not change obviously （P〉0.05） in the electroacupuncture group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture has a certain regulating effect on the cardiac autonomic nerve in healthy persons, that is, it excites parasympathetic nerves and reduces heart rate.
