摘 要:通过对大庆油田三元复合驱采出液进行电脱水模拟试验,研究了碱、聚合物和表面活性剂在采出浓度范围内对乳状液脱水效果的影响规律以及破乳剂品种、加药量、脱水温度、脱水场强、脱水时间和原油含水率等因素对脱水效果的影响。结果表明,三元组份对脱水效果的影响随采出液中三元浓度的增大而增强,但到达一定浓度后,脱水效果不再受到明显的影响。对三元含量较高的乳状液,通过选择破乳效果较好的复配型玻乳剂和适宜的脱水参数,可以达到较满意的脱水效果。The authors studied the affected regularity to emulsion dehydration result in produced consistency range by alkali,polymer and surfactant and factors that affect dehydraion result such as demulsification agent assortment, add amount of chemicals, dehydraion temperaure, dehydraion field intensity, dehydration time and water cut in crude etc. Test result shows that as the consistency of tri-component in produced liquid increases the influence to dehydration result by tri-component increase, but when it reaches to certain limit the dehydration resuh can' t be notable influenced. To the emulsion which has higher tri-component,through choosing complex demulsification agent which has better dehydration result and suitable parameters, satisfied dehydration can be achieved.
