温病“毒邪”形成之探析

摘　　要：对温病毒邪的形成原因、途径和特点进行了探析。认为其形成原因多为邪甚成毒、邪蕴成毒和邪聚成毒,其形成途径不外乎外感与内生毒邪,故其特点不只局限于肿毒特征,尚具有温邪的基本特性与邪甚成毒的危重性及邪聚成毒的复杂性。The toxin of epidemic febrile disease is discussed in this article from three aspects of the reasons,ways and properties.It is considered that most of the reasons on formation of toxin are strong ,long-term and diversiform pathogenic factors.The ways of formation are endogenous or exogenous.Therefore the properties are not limited to swelling and pain. Besides they have the basic properties of warm pathogen and dangers of strong pathogenic factor and eomplexties of diversiform pathogenic factor.
